At Darklab Tattoo Supplies, we stand behind the quality of our professional gear and offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, sterilized needles, inks, and personal protective equipment cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Darklab

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package via a tracked courier service to our distribution center, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
